Designed to become a unique destination within a rapidly developing neighborhood, the new residential building features a set of amenities carefully planned to meet and exceed the highest standards of its perspective occupants. Situated in Manhattan's Murray Hill Neighborhood, the 225 tower strives to elevate the residential experience to a level rivaling a luxury hotel and rethink the rental building market. The lobby welcomes the building guests with its sinuous curved walls made of large scale wooden slats and a spiral staircase which takes them up to a second level of amenities. A 360 degree hearth is at the core of the second level amenities where residents are encouraged to socialize around the fire. The second level amenities are completed with a show kitchen area, gaming zone and a cafe as well as an expansive outdoor terrace featuring a central lawn with outdoor movies.
The top floor of the building is a home to a social pool carefully planned to be a gathering spot for parties and events around panoramic views of midtown Manhattan. The outdoor terrace features an immersive garden, hot-tub and private cabanas for the residents' private events.
The apartments are an extension to the idea of carefully balancing residential requirements with hospitality's best practices.
